We are looking for a driven Logistic Project Manager for Siemens Energy in Finspång. We are seeking an engaged and experienced logistics project planner for our client in Finspång. This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality project solutions and driving project success.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for developing and managing project plans and schedules, ensuring continuous updates
· Perform material flow analyses to effectively control and visualize the movement of materials between different project interfaces
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
· Analyze project data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and ensure the project complies with standards and regulations
· Project planning, monitoring, and data analysis
· Manage resource planning for the ongoing personnel needs of projects

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a master's or bachelor's degree in planning, project management, a related field, and extensive experience in project planning. Whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced professional, we value specific skills in project planning and scheduling.

You will be managing multiple projects simultaneously, so strong prioritization skills and the ability to create your own conditions for success are crucial. We are looking for an analytical, structured, and proactive person who can balance customer focus with internal project goals. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will interact with people at various levels both internally and externally.

Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of SAP, Qlik Sense, or Primavera is a plus.

The office is located in Finspång, and you are expected to be on-site 3 days a week.
