About the job as Field Service Planner

As a Field Service Planner at Manpower, working with our client Siemens Energy, you will play an important role in planning and coordinating field resources for international gas turbine projects. You will work both operationally and strategically, in close collaboration with internal functions and global interfaces. The role suits you who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy having many points of contact, and find it easy to create structure in complex flows.

Your work means that you will become a key person in the planning and ensure that the right skills are available when and where they are needed. The team you will be part of currently consists of about 33 people, distributed across various functions such as preparation, visa handling, and invoicing.

Common tasks include:

• Operational and strategic planning of field resources.
• Coordination with internal and global interfaces.
• Management and updating of planning flows in systems such as OnePM and SalesForce.

The person we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is structured, communicative, and enjoys being the hub of planning. You have a natural ability to drive issues forward, manage multiple ongoing tasks simultaneously, and create clarity even in complex situations. The role suits you who want to develop in an international environment with many points of contact.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Experience in service and/or logistics.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good collaboration skills and experience working in a structured manner.

It is advantageous if you also have:

• Post-secondary education in logistics, planning, or equivalent.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Knowledge of OnePM or SalesForce.
