For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, we are now looking for an employee for Capacity & Planning for their Field Service operations for a project at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the current and future needs of the market. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-looking environment where development opportunities are plentiful. This is initially a consultancy assignment for 12 months via Unik Resurs with a very good chance of extension. We apply ongoing selection, which means that the assignment may be filled earlier than the application deadline.

Responsibilities and Duties

We are looking for someone who wants to take overall responsibility for both capacity and planning within our field service operations. The role is central to ensuring that the right competencies are in the right place at the right time – from an overall capacity overview to operational planning for our resources traveling to site jobs around the world. You will work globally with our regions to achieve an even resource distribution and optimize the efficiency of our projects. As a planner with capacity responsibility, you will build and maintain a global capacity overview while coordinating resources for specific projects. The role has a direct impact on delivery precision, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.

A day in the role: Create and maintain capacity plans in the short, medium, and long term based on the master plan. Operational and strategic planning of resources. Monitor occupancy in real-time and take action in case of over- or under-capacity. Coordinate with internal and external interfaces, including international contacts. Manage planning data and ensure high quality in systems such as SAP, Salesforce/FSL, and Primavera. Conduct scenario runs, prepare decision-making materials, and lead meetings with stakeholders. Contribute to onboarding and knowledge sharing for trainees as a natural part of the work.

About the Team

You will be part of an engaged and international team of about 33 employees, divided into different functions that handle everything from preparation, visas, and invoicing to the field service organization. Together, we work to deliver high-quality solutions and create value for our customers.

Your Profile

What you bring:
Experience in service, planning, and/or logistics. Analytical skills, structure, and good communication skills. Ability to prioritize under time pressure and take initiative for improvements. Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:
Post-secondary education in logistics, planning, or equivalent. Experience of working in an international environment. Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and preferably Primavera.
