Quality Engineer in Additive Manufacturing

We are now looking for a quality engineer for Siemens Energy in Finspång - a consulting assignment for those passionate about advanced technology, problem-solving, and quality development.

About the Assignment

As a quality engineer in Additive Manufacturing, you will work closely with production, technology, and suppliers to ensure stable, efficient, and high-quality processes. You will be an important part of a specialist team that works to implement and develop quality-assured methods in additive manufacturing flows.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading and conducting FMEA analyses to identify and prevent risks in additive processes
  • Conducting root cause analyses (RCA)
  • Performing value stream analyses (VSM)
  • Conducting measurement system analyses (MSA) to ensure reliable measurement data
  • Collaborating with production, technology, and suppliers in improvement initiatives
  • Contributing to the development of quality routines, standards, and work methods within additive manufacturing

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

  • Technical education, for example in mechanical engineering, production, or quality
  • Experience with PFMEA, SPC, and MSA in an industrial environment
  • A strong interest in technology and the ability to understand complex systems
  • Good collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
  • Meritorious: experience with Lean and improvement work
