We are now looking for a Quality Engineer in Additive Manufacturing for an exciting consulting assignment at Siemens Energy AB in Finspång. You will work in a technically advanced and innovative environment where quality, structure, and continuous improvements are crucial for the success of the business.

In this role, you will be an important part of the quality work related to additive manufacturing processes and collaborate closely with production, engineering, and suppliers.

Your tasks will include:

• Leading and conducting FMEA analyses to identify, analyze, and prevent risks in additive manufacturing processes

• Performing and/or leading root cause analyses (RCA)

• Conducting value stream analyses (VSM)

• Performing measurement system analyses (MSA) to ensure reliable and robust measurement data

• Collaborating cross-functionally with production, engineering, and suppliers to drive improvement initiatives

• Contributing to the development and improvement of quality routines, work methods, and standards within additive manufacturing

To be considered for this assignment, we expect you to have:

• A technical education in areas such as mechanical engineering, production engineering, or quality

• Experience with PFMEA, SPC, and MSA in an industrial environment

• Good technical understanding and a genuine interest in complex technical systems

• Experience working cross-functionally and good collaboration skills

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written (required)

• Experience with Lean is an advantage
