The Role

As a customer service representative at Lendo, you will play a central role and be part of a team of 13 people who together are responsible for Lendo's customer support. You will assist Lendo's customers with various inquiries via phone, chat, and email. You will handle applications based on the customer's needs and situation and have daily contact with partners.

About You

We believe you are a relationship-building person who loves to interact with customers, colleagues, and partners. You have previously worked in a role that involved phone contact with customers, and it is a plus if you have handled cases administratively. As a person, you are solution-oriented, proactive, and positive, and you thrive in a dynamic and changing role and organization. You are a team player who enjoys working in a group. Furthermore, you are communicative, responsible, and service-oriented. You have a strong ambition to develop with the company, both on an individual and group level, and you are eager to contribute with solutions and improvement suggestions.

Your Profile

• High school diploma, preferably with a focus on economics or similar
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
• Service-oriented
• You enjoy working towards clear goals
• Good computer and system skills
• Experience in customer service via phone is an advantage

Scope, Working Hours, and Start Date

The position is a full-time employment, and you will be based at Lendo's beautiful headquarters in central Stockholm. The working hours are office hours Monday to Friday, and you can also work from home about 2–3 times a week once you are comfortable in the role. This is a direct recruitment where you will be employed by Lendo with their excellent benefits and secure conditions. For this role, Lendo applies a probationary period and background checks before contract signing.
