Your Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will serve as a support function for our sales organization, primarily assisting our sales managers and the 75 stores in the region. You will have continuous contact with various departments within Lidl and, in many ways, be the face of the company both internally and externally.

A large part of your daily work will involve:

• Compiling and evaluating materials and reports
• Handling incoming emails and working in various IT systems
• Being the natural link between our stores, regional office, and other operations
• Updating system permissions and maintaining master data in our business system
• Being responsible for our mobility department

The tasks vary greatly, providing you with opportunities to acquire new knowledge and develop within Lidl. Working hours are scheduled during office hours.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can easily switch between tasks, and is driven to work solution- and results-oriented towards deadlines. You are meticulous and systematic, and you also possess strong communication and relationship-building skills. Furthermore, we see that:

• You are computer and system savvy and handle Microsoft Office and Google Suite with ease - especially Excel
• You have completed high school education
• You have an excellent ability to express yourself in both spoken and written Swedish and English

You have previous experience in similar tasks, and it is advantageous if you have worked in a store, either at Lidl or another grocery chain. As a person, you are naturally service-oriented, unpretentious, and structured in your work approach. You find it easy to work in a team and can also independently organize and plan your tasks. We also see it as desirable that you hold a B driver's license as handling company cars is part of the job. We place great importance on your personal qualities and your willingness to develop with us!
