As a consulting manager, you will be responsible for our consultants in staffing. You ensure that the right skills are in the right place, follow up on assignments, and work closely with clients and local offices to deliver high quality. You recruit, coach, and support consultants while building long-term relationships.

About the position

As a consulting manager with us, you will focus on staffing and be responsible for our consultants and client assignments in industry and logistics. You ensure that the right skills are in the right place and that our clients receive high quality in delivery.

In this role, you will be responsible for recruitment, scheduling, follow-up, and coaching of consultants. You will have daily contact with both consultants and clients and work closely with our local offices to create secure and long-term collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for staffing and matching consultants to client assignments

• Recruit, introduce, and follow up with consultants

• Maintain ongoing contact with clients and ensure high quality in deliveries

• Plan and manage schedules, absences, and compensations

• Coach, support, and develop consultants in their assignments

• Ensure that routines, agreements, and workplace safety requirements are followed

• Collaborate with local offices and internal functions

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, personnel responsibility, or a similar role

• Good ability to plan, structure, and prioritize your work

• Accustomed to working at a high pace and managing multiple assignments simultaneously

• Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish

• Driver's license B is an advantage

• Good computer skills and experience with administrative systems

• Experience in industry, logistics, or production is a plus
