Your new job

We are now looking for a new colleague who, together with another team member, will have a shared and overall responsibility to support the municipality's operations in the direct procurement process from needs analysis to contract signing. Direct procurement is an important part of the municipality's procurement process and plays a central role in achieving the municipality's goals.

We are looking for someone with strong curiosity and a desire to develop and learn more in the field. Knowledge exchange is a natural part of our daily work and an important aspect of our collective competence development. We look forward to welcoming you to an environment where collaboration and learning are in focus.

You will have the opportunity to help develop the existing strategy and process for direct procurement. The position offers a wide variety of procurements in both service and goods areas.

Your profile

You have:

• basic knowledge of LOU
• law degree or equivalent academic education such as economics, education in public administration, or a vocational education in procurement/purchasing
• good communication and collaboration skills

It is an advantage if you have:

• experience in independently processing procurements

Personal qualities

• you are solution-oriented and results-driven
• you share your experiences and knowledge with the team
• you are pedagogical and can express yourself clearly and concretely both verbally and in writing.
• you have good collaboration skills and let the municipality's goals and assignments guide your work.

The work requires good organizational skills and a very good ability to manage multiple parallel projects.
