We are now looking for dedicated employees who want to work with us starting between June 1-10 until the end of August with a workload of 75%.

What does the role entail? As a Terminal Host, you are the face of the airport and an invaluable resource for our travelers. Your tasks include:

• Helping travelers find their way in the terminal and answering their questions

• Assisting at check-in kiosks and helping with our ground transportation

• Queue management, ensuring smooth passenger flows and organizing queues

• Communicating clearly and confidently with travelers to ensure they receive the information they need

• Daily contact and close collaboration with others within Swedavia as well as our external partners

• Working at border control and collaborating with border police where you need to organize and structure flows in tight and stressful environments

Who are you?

We see that you:

• Have experience working in service professions

• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English

• Have good physical fitness to handle a job where you move a lot and walk up to 20,000 steps a day

It is advantageous if you:

• Master more languages than Swedish and English

• Have experience working in high-paced environments with many people

As a Terminal Host, you will actively move between different parts of the airport during your shift. The role therefore requires that you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the energy for a lot of movement during the workday. To succeed in the role, you need to have a natural authority and be able to act decisively in challenging situations. You stand firm when the wind blows, communicate clearly, and maintain calm when the pace is high. You find it easy to meet people, handle unexpected situations, and create a pleasant atmosphere around you.

The position involves varying shift work where you will be scheduled every other weekend with working hours between 04:00-20:00. Since public transport may not always be operational depending on where you live, you need to ensure that you can get to and from Arlanda during these times.
