We are currently looking for an administrator on behalf of our client in Stockholm. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start on 2026-02-09 and run until 2026-10-31 with the possibility of extension.

Job Description/Role

The administrator will work full-time with changing the conditions of vehicle spaces, which involves contacting tenants via email, phone, and in some cases, letters. Informing them that an adjustment in their contract will take place. Making the change in the system and following up continuously. Reporting to the responsible party monthly on progress and future plans.

Scope: 100%, with the possibility to work remotely

Location: Stockholm

About You

We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:

• At least 2 years of practical work experience working with Word and Excel in an administrative role
• Documented experience in an administrative role of at least 2 years

It is an advantage if you also meet the following requirements:
