Do you want to lead technical projects in an environment where development, production, and technology truly meet? We are now looking for a project manager who wants to work on-site in Finspång and drive technical projects in close collaboration with the business.

In this role, you will work on projects that range from the early development phase to final delivery. You will have overall responsibility for planning, monitoring, and coordination, ensuring that time, cost, and quality are maintained. The work is carried out in close dialogue with technology, purchasing, production, and finance, which suits you if you thrive in a dynamic environment and make decisions close to reality.

Your responsibilities

You will lead projects from start to finish and be responsible for driving them forward according to set goals. The role combines strategic responsibility with practical project work.

You will, among other things:

• plan and follow up projects with a focus on time, cost, and quality
• coordinate resources and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• develop project plans, risk analyses, and reports
• manage contracts, budgets, and deliveries in collaboration with finance and purchasing
• contribute to improvement work and more efficient working methods

We believe that you have

• at least three years of experience in project management within technology, industry, energy, or production
• post-secondary education in technology, economics, or equivalent
• experience with project tools and systems such as MS Project, SAP, Power BI, or similar
• very good communication skills in Swedish and English
