By becoming part of the Resource Group, you actively contribute to shortening waiting times and ensuring that patient records are complete and correct. The task is clear: to write unwritten dictations in the Cosmic journal system with high quality, speed, and patient safety. Your work makes a real difference for both healthcare staff and patients - you are helping to improve the care chain throughout Dalarna. We offer hourly employment or specific fixed-term employment depending on your availability and the needs of the organization.

Medical Secretary for the Resource Group, Falun Job Responsibilities

• Write unwritten dictations in Cosmic (priority main task).
• Support various operations within healthcare in Dalarna through the Resource Group.
• Work independently and quality-conscious with support from experienced colleagues and clear routines.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Education as a medical secretary/healthcare administrator (one of the following):

-Medical Secretary Program, 120 credits

-Healthcare Administration Program, 180 credits

-YH education medical secretary/healthcare administrator, 400 YH points

-1-year post-secondary healthcare documentation education

• Documented experience in dictation writing
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Good IT and system knowledge

Meritorious

• Experience with the Cosmic journal system

Personal Characteristics

We are looking for someone who is self-driven and responsible, with the ability to see what needs to be done and drive the work to completion. You are meticulous and quality-conscious and care about patient-safe documentation. The role requires that you are flexible and collaborative, that you can quickly familiarize yourself with new routines, and that you enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams. Additionally, you are a clear and professional communicator, both in writing and speaking.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
