Boliden is undergoing an exciting time of change and development within HR. We are looking for an engaged HR Business Partner who wants to continue developing our operations. We are looking for someone who wants to work closely with the business, coach managers on HR-related issues, and be a key person in our local HR and Communications team.

Your Role

You will have the opportunity to be a partner who supports, challenges, and works out solutions together with managers on daily issues that may involve labor law, employee management, challenges, and development of employees. As an HR Business Partner, you will assist managers with consultative support in HR processes and you will work broadly and closely with the business. Your area of expertise is working with employee relations and rehabilitation. The position is a permanent full-time position based in Garpenberg. You will report to the HR manager for the Garpenberg area.

Your Responsibilities

• Be close to business and management issues and contribute with an HR perspective
• Contribute to leadership and organizational development
• Support and coach our managers on labor law issues and drive union negotiations
• Be proactive in developing active employee engagement
• Provide specialist support in rehabilitation issues and other personnel matters
• Participate in development projects and other HR initiatives as needed

Your Contribution

We are looking for someone with personal maturity and confidence, excellent collaboration and communication skills, a proactive solution focus, and a strategic outlook. You need to be able to handle complex cases and enjoy supporting managers in finding good solutions, considering labor laws as well as Boliden's policies and values. Furthermore, it is essential that you are good at building strong relationships, are professional, and have a collaborative approach.

We see that you have a university degree in HR (or another higher education/experience that we collectively assess as equivalent) and several years of experience from relevant qualified HR work. We see that you have experience in supporting managers in complex personnel matters. You have very good knowledge of labor law legislation and other relevant regulations.

Good IT skills and a valid driver's license are required. You can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
