We are well on our way to developing our Customer Service into a service team for both our customers and our internal operations. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team with great commitment. We aim to actively work with digitalization to simplify our workflows and streamline administration.

Assistant to Customer Service/Operational Support, Dalarna's Assistive Devices CenterJob Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you are our face to the outside world and play a significant role in our workflow. The daily tasks mainly consist of receiving and handling orders and error reports via our customer service, both through the TeleQ system and via our functional mailbox. It is a varied and enjoyable job where you work with both internal and external administration and service. You have a good ability to create structure and enjoy working both in a team and independently.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

  • Internal and external service/support - you are an important contact point for both colleagues and customers, facilitating their work
  • Relocation matters and insurance issues - you handle practical processes during relocations within and outside the county
  • Financial administration - coding, handling invoices and contracts
  • Document management - filing, managing agendas/minutes, etc.

Of course, you will also participate in the improvement and development of the organization's routines and working methods.

Additional InformationQualifications

Requirements:

  • Completed upper secondary education
  • Good knowledge and experience of working in MS 365
  • Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

  • Experience in a position with direct customer contact via phone and email
  • Experience in the field of assistive devices and disabilities
  • Experience working in the operational system Sesam2, Websesam
  • Basic financial knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of the principle of public access, filing, and case management
  • Experience in document management and taking minutes
  • Experience in change work related to digitalization
