About the Company

Avaron AB is a growing consulting firm focused on technology, finance, and operational support. We match your expertise with the most interesting assignments on the market and offer a platform where your development is at the center.

About the Assignment

We are looking for an experienced change leader who wants to support a management team in medical technology and IT on a strategic change journey where partnership is a central approach. The focus is to further develop and implement an emerging change strategy in practice, emphasizing learning, experimentation, and shared understanding in a complex operational context.

The work is conducted in an environment where strategy and methods are seen as dynamic and developed iteratively. You will work closely with the client and adapt efforts as needed to create the best possible impact in the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Support the management team in further developing and applying a change strategy in practice.
  • Facilitate management team meetings, workshops, and learning processes that create shared understanding, reflection, and direction.
  • Drive and enable non-linear change work through hypotheses, experiments, learning, and ongoing adaptation.
  • Support efforts for behavioral change in an organizational context based on motivation, ability, and context.
  • Contribute to developing partnerships as a value discipline and strengthen the ability to lead through learning and feedback.
  • Communicate and document insights in a way that enhances transparency, learning, and shared direction.
Requirements
  • Documented experience in change management in complex organizations where change occurs under uncertainty and with parallel perspectives.
  • Experience in behavioral change in an organizational context, including understanding how behaviors are influenced by motivation, ability, and context.
  • Experience with non-linear and experimental approaches to change (hypotheses, experiments, learning, and adaptation).
  • Documented experience in facilitating management teams, workshops, and learning processes.
  • Ability to work closely with the client and adapt methods and efforts according to the organization's needs.
  • Excellent ability to communicate, document, and convey insights that support learning and shared direction.
Meritorious
  • Experience with non-linear change methodologies, such as complexity theory, Cynefin, or similar.
  • Experience with established approaches to behavioral change, such as the BJ Fogg Behavior Model.
  • Experience with agile value delivery, such as Lean, Agile, Kanban, Theory of Constraints, or DevOps thinking.
  • Experience with sensemaking and working with complex adaptive systems, such as structured conversations for shared understanding or Double Diamond.
  • Experience with partnerships as a value discipline, customer/partner-centered approaches, service-dominant logic, or CX.
  • Experience with dynamic and adaptive strategy where strategy develops through learning and feedback.
  • Experience in change communication focusing on meaning, trust, transparency, and learning, such as sensegiving or storytelling in change.
  • Experience from the public sector or politically governed organizations.
