About the Position

We are looking for a coordinator who can hold the fort in the Damage Prevention department while our Coordinator Hannah is on parental leave!

In the role of Coordinator, you have a key position where you are responsible for coordinating and booking assignments for our damage prevention technicians. You ensure that the technicians' workdays run smoothly by closely collaborating with different departments and keeping everything together. In addition, you handle administrative tasks related to the group, such as emails, messages, and work requests. You are also responsible for ordering and following up on safety products, both for the group and for the county's local offices, as well as compiling statistics and following up on cases. Phone communication and advising both colleagues and customers is a natural part of your daily routine. If necessary, you also support other workgroups in damage, for example with incoming calls, claims handling, and administration.

About You

You need to have a high school diploma and a B driver's license to be considered for the position. You are skilled in communication and express yourself smoothly both verbally and in writing, and you master various data systems. We expect you to have previous experience working with customers and on the phone. It is an advantage if you also have experience in claims handling and coordination.
