Ludvika Parish is looking for an administrator for the parish office!
Ludvika is a growing town and municipality located in southern Dalarna with good connections to cities such as Falun, Örebro, and Västerås. Ludvika is the center of what is called Västerbergslagen and offers beautiful nature with opportunities for recreational activities in forests and fields. In Ludvika Parish, we have about 50 year-round employees, and we are now looking for a new cheerful colleague to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
We offer an outward-facing job with many contacts both externally and internally through phone, visits, and email. You are part of the parish office and serve as a hub within the parish with daily contacts with employees, parishioners, and funeral homes.
You handle cases in church records, book church services such as funerals, weddings, and baptisms, and ensure that everyday life runs smoothly for your colleagues.
Other tasks include purchasing office supplies, booking various advertisements, and serving as secretary at various meetings and assemblies.
The position includes handling incoming and outgoing documents according to current rules for diaries and archives.
The position may also include payroll administration.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with experience in administration, diary management, and customer service. The job requires good computer skills and the ability to easily adapt to new systems. You have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Teams. Experience with the administrative systems of the Church of Sweden is an advantage.
As a person, you are structured and like to keep things organized. You are positive and service-oriented and have the ability to see the big picture in the organization and are happy to contribute to development work.
You share the values of the Church of Sweden, are of course a member, and find it easy to collaborate and communicate. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
Experience in document management, minute-taking, and systems such as K-book and Public 360 is advantageous.
Conditions
The position is a 100% temporary contract with good opportunities for extension and permanent employment.
Start date is March 1, 2026, or by agreement.
