What will you be working on?

We are facing a new and exciting assignment where we will guide citizens in administrative matters related to healthcare – and we need to strengthen our team with more engaged customer communicators.

About the role

As a customer communicator, you will:

  • Provide guidance on administrative matters, such as bookings, certificates, error reporting, e-services, and contact methods through various channels.
  • Work in different systems and follow procedures for documentation and case management.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in customer service, preferably over the phone.
  • Is technically savvy and can navigate websites and internal systems effortlessly to quickly find the right information.
  • Works efficiently and structured even under time pressure.
  • Is confident in communicating clearly and empathetically.
  • Has good computer skills and is quick to learn new systems.
  • Enjoys working in a team where collaboration and service are in focus.
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

About the position

  • Employment type: Permanent position
  • Employment rate: Full-time 100% / Part-time 75%
  • Working hours: Scheduled working hours, Monday to Sunday, between 06:00 AM - 09:30 PM
  • Start date: February 3, 2026
  • Probationary period: 6 months
