We are now looking for a driven and analytical Controller who wants to become a key person in Norrmyren's continued development. Could it be you?

ABOUT THE JOB

In your role as Controller, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting our respective companies in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, following up on financial results, and analyzing deviations. Your work will include producing relevant key figures, participating in group financial statements, and presenting financial information in a way that makes it easy for managers, leadership, and operations to make well-informed decisions. The role involves consolidating the group's results and delivering clear financial summaries.

You will actively work to develop and streamline routines and processes related to reporting, financial management, and system support, and be a natural support in strategic work and resource planning. The role includes leading and distributing the daily work in the finance group, which, in addition to the Controller, consists of two employees.

The work mainly takes place at the office in Falun, and travel occurs between our various companies and locations. In this role, you will work closely with the CFO and leadership and contribute to strengthening financial management.

QUALIFICATIONS

-As a person

We are looking for someone who takes initiative and is happy to contribute new ideas on how working methods and processes can be developed. You easily adapt to changing conditions and view trying new paths without prestige. Your analytical ability allows you to quickly identify connections and find effective solutions, while you communicate clearly and have the ability to listen and adapt your message to different recipients. You collaborate well with others, share your knowledge, and create good relationships within the organization.

-Experience and knowledge

You have experience in controller work or other qualified financial work where analysis, follow-up, and reporting have been central parts. You are used to working with budgets and forecasts, financial analyses, and reporting packages, and you feel confident presenting financial information in an engaging and understandable way. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in an organization with multiple companies or a corporate structure.

-Education

We prefer that you have an academic education in finance or equivalent competence that is deemed comparable.
