About the position
- As a Customer Service Representative with us, you will represent Releasy and our client Mysafety, a leader in the Nordic region in fraud and ID protection insurance.
- You will assist Mysafety's customers with insurance advice.
- You will be the primary point of contact for customers via calls, emails, and chat.
- You will help customers find the right insurance that fits their needs and inform them about the insurances we offer, such as fraud protection and deductible reduction for home insurance.
- You will also assist with blocking services, a service that some customers have where we block various types of cards for the customer.
- Your main goal is to actively work to ensure high customer satisfaction and create memorable experiences for our customers.
- Actively work with upselling and deliver solutions that make a difference for the customer.
To give you a good introduction to the job, the employment begins with 4 weeks of training combined with practical work. It is a constantly learning and developing environment where you will learn new things and grow over time.
The position is a permanent employment that starts with a 6-month probationary period. There are varying working hours scheduled within the assignment's opening hours. Training starts on 2026-02-02.
Qualifications and skills
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
- Good knowledge of English both orally and in writing.
- Good computer and system skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
