We are now looking for a dedicated store salesperson for 10% at our new store in Borlänge – a role where your personality and drive make a difference.

About the role As a store salesperson with us, your primary task is to create satisfied customers and contribute to the store's sales goals. You are someone who is passionate about customer interactions, where you also understand the importance of listening and understanding the customer's needs.

You are both a relationship builder and a results-oriented salesperson – charming enough to win the customer's trust in a few minutes, empathetic enough to understand their wishes, and determined enough to want to beat yesterday's sales figures.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Active sales and advice in the store

  • Ensuring a welcoming, organized, and inspiring store environment

  • Handling cash work and payments

  • Receiving, unpacking, and pricing goods

  • Assembling and displaying products for the best sales results

  • Participating in inventories and following routines for stock and operations

We are looking for someone who:

  • Communicates clearly and engagingly - both with customers and colleagues

  • Is empathetic and understands customers' needs deeply

  • Has a natural charm and builds trust quickly

  • Takes responsibility and is meticulous in everything from customer service to cash handling

  • Is disciplined and follows tasks and routines in a structured manner

  • Is inclusive and contributes to a positive team spirit

  • Constantly wants to improve yourself and your sales techniques, as well as the store

  • Takes initiative and is proactive in sales work

  • Is goal-oriented and motivated to reach and exceed sales targets

  • Has a competitive instinct and thrives in an environment where performance is recognized

Experience in sales is an advantage, preferably from retail, but not a requirement. You need to be at least 18 years old and have completed your high school education.

About the position

  • Employment type Permanent, we apply a probationary period

  • Working hours scheduled on weekdays, evenings, and weekends
