Borlänge Municipality's primary schools consist of 16 municipal units, ranging from smaller F–3 schools to larger F–9 schools. These schools summarize a versatile workplace where you, regardless of school form, meet engaged students and colleagues in a stimulating learning environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and drive projects that strengthen collaboration between education and business.
• Develop and implement activities that provide students with insights into working life, such as study visits, internships, or business projects.
• Build relationships with local companies and organizations to create relevant collaborations.
• Coordinate efforts between school staff, students, and external actors.
• Communicate and promote the project internally and externally to increase engagement and visibility.
• Follow up and evaluate the project's results and effects from a student perspective.
• Identify new opportunities for development and innovation in collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements

• Good understanding of the school's mission and the needs of the labor market.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders. Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop new working methods.
• Independent and structured with good organizational skills.
• Digital competence and experience using relevant tools and platforms.

Meritorious

• Academic education or other training that can be considered relevant for the assignment.
• Experience in project management or coordination, preferably within education or business.
• Experience in collaboration projects, internship programs, or labor market-oriented initiatives.
