About the operation

The reception is a specialized clinic focusing on personality disorders, offering assessment, investigation, and treatment at a specialist psychiatric level. The goal is to enhance the mental well-being, functional level, and overall quality of life for adults with complex psychiatric issues.

It is a large clinic consisting of three well-functioning and interdisciplinary teams that allow us to collaborate closely around our patients. The teams include doctors, psychologists, nurses, social workers, medical secretaries, section leaders, and rehabilitation coordinators.

We are looking for you

We are seeking a licensed occupational therapist who wants to join our experienced and competent team. You will play an important role in teamwork, where you, in your role as an occupational therapist, are responsible for the profession-specific expertise and ensuring that your knowledge meets the rehabilitation perspective at the reception.

As one of the occupational therapists at Psychiatry Affectiva, you will be part of an organization where development work, further education, and supervision are seen as essential for a good working environment.

Job responsibilities

The position is placed in one of our three base teams where you will be responsible for the occupational therapy perspective, and one of your primary tasks will be to work as a designated care contact. As an occupational therapist with us, you will work with assessment, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation efforts. In your work, you will conduct activity and functional assessments and continuous evaluations of patients' health status, identifying if they need additional interventions. You will do this in collaboration with other team members.

About you

It is a requirement that you are a licensed occupational therapist. We prefer that you have experience in occupational therapy and work in psychiatric outpatient care. Experience in rehabilitation and collaboration with the Social Insurance Agency, Employment Service, and social services is an advantage.

Further education in the field of occupational therapy, such as Everyday in Balance, is also an advantage. Additionally, further training in work-oriented rehabilitation is meritorious.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. As a person, it is important that you have a genuine interest in human interactions and that you are goal-oriented and flexible in your work.
