Description

With us at Kommunrehab, you will have the opportunity to work closely with people and make a real difference. We are responsible for rehabilitation for individuals enrolled in municipal primary care. This includes ordinary housing, special housing, short-term units, as well as LSS and social psychiatry.

You will become part of a competent and dedicated team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation assistants. We have a close collaboration with the nursing unit, which creates good conditions for joint meetings and a holistic perspective.

Responsibilities

As a physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessment, implementation, and follow-up of physiotherapeutic interventions as well as guidance for care and nursing staff. You will plan and prioritize your work independently, but also in close collaboration with colleagues.

You will meet patients with varying needs and work from a person-centered approach where the patient is co-creating their rehabilitation plan. Teamwork is a central part of the assignment, and you will collaborate with nurses, occupational therapists, rehabilitation assistants, and relatives.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a licensed physiotherapist. Experience in the field is an advantage. You are confident in your skills, have a good ability to make decisions, and plan your work in a structured manner – but are also flexible when urgent interventions are required.

You are a communicative and empathetic person who enjoys working both independently and in a team. A driver's license is required as the assignment covers a larger geographic area. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
