About our job opening

BB and NEO have just merged and are now BB/NEO.

We work entirely on the principle of not separating mothers and children, regardless of who has the greatest care needs. There are great opportunities to participate in the development of our new unit.

We currently need additional staff to work with neonatal care for our small sick patients in the unit.

As a nurse/midwife with us at BB/NEO, you will receive a secure and safe introduction tailored to your needs and previous experience. We work according to a career development model that is adapted based on your experience and competence.

About us

BB/NEO cares for BB families as well as premature infants from gestational week 28 and sick newborns who need observation and care. We care for our patients with the family at the center, and care can range from observation to intensive care of the child. We assist during delivery when the child needs our specialist competence. Our goal is for parents to feel secure in caring for their child with our support before they go home.

Your profile

Since BB/NEO's operations are broad, we are looking for licensed nurses, preferably with various specialist training such as ICU nurse, pediatric nurse, or specialist training in neonatal care, or midwives. It is advantageous if you have experience in guiding and supporting the patient and their guardians beyond your formal qualifications. As you work in a team, it is important that your ability to collaborate is good, that you have a positive attitude, and that you have a flexible and unpretentious working style. A service-oriented approach and the ability to remain calm in pressured situations are very important to us. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
