About our available position

The pediatric and adolescent department cares for children aged 0–17 years with varying diagnoses across many specialties. We work from a holistic perspective with the child and guardians at the center. Play therapy is a natural part of our work. We place great importance on preparing the child for examinations and treatments so that both the child and guardians feel involved and have control over their situation.

We care for medical, surgical, and ENT patients as well as orthopedic patients. There are many professionals available in the team surrounding the child's care – doctors, pediatric nurses, registered nurses, nursing assistants, child care nurses, psychologists, social workers, play therapists, dietitians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists. As a nurse, you will provide good and safe care to our patients. You will lead and be responsible for the nursing work and often be the one who sees the individual's entire care process.

Your profile

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and have at least four months of experience in the profession. A specialist education in pediatric and adolescent care is desirable but not required. We hope and believe that you are passionate about pediatric and adolescent healthcare. Guiding and supporting the patient and guardians is an important part of the job, so it is advantageous if you have experience meeting children, adolescents, and relatives. We would prefer that you have a few years of experience as a nurse, but this is not a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. We strive for a diverse workforce where each employee can contribute their experiences to our workplace.
