About the Job

Are you a licensed nurse looking for a flexible job in municipal health and medical care? We are now looking for you who want to work as a substitute with us in the Nordost district.

As a hourly-paid substitute, you will be scheduled for work based on the needs of the organization and your own availability. We are looking for someone who wants to work with patients in their home environment, contributing to their independence. We are responsible for patients in regular housing, functional support, and in care and nursing homes. We operate from shared facilities for health and medical care at Första Majgatan 2 in Kortedala.

Your tasks will include assessing, planning, and structuring work with patients based on a person-centered approach. You will independently assess and perform medical treatment and nursing interventions, but you will always have colleagues to consult. You will follow up and document according to applicable legislation and our quality registers. Work will be scheduled during the day, evening, and/or weekends.

About You

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Previous experience in nursing is a plus, but we also welcome newly graduated nurses. Since we operate in a large geographical area, a B driver's license is required.

As the work of a nurse is independent, you need to be confident in your profession and able to make your own decisions. You also have the ability to work together with others to perform tasks and achieve goals. You understand the common mission, act accordingly, and contribute to the whole. You take responsibility for your own and the shared tasks with the patients' best interests in focus. You provide a good reception and show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role.
