The preschools are within walking distance of each other, and all have nature nearby. Timmerslätt has four departments, while Nävervägen and Fridåsen each have two departments, and we have age-distributed groups.

We are strengthening our staffing during the spring with three to four resources and are now looking for someone who wants to take on the role of flexible employee at our preschools. The role involves covering and reinforcing staffing in the unit where the need is greatest or working as a runner in our area. This means you will work in different departments at our preschools in Furulund. Your task as a childcare worker is to, together with the team, based on the children's interests, needs, and the goals of the curriculum, implement education and teaching. You create conditions for all children to play, learn, and develop, but also to have fun together.

The operations at our preschools in Partille are characterized by commitment, safety, and warmth. Play and joyful learning are given ample space in everyday life. With us, the child is always at the center, and we strive for a safe, fun, and educational preschool every day.

Qualifications

We would like you to have experience working as a childcare worker in preschool. A childcare education is an advantage. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, as both verbal and written communication with guardians is an important part of the role. You value your own competence while also seeing the strength in working closely with your colleagues.

As an employee at the preschool, you work proactively in your interactions with the children, with the ability to read situations to contribute to a calm and developing environment. You are a trustworthy person who has a good ability to build trusting relationships with children, guardians, and your colleagues. You are flexible and can easily adapt to new situations.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability as you will collaborate with other departments in the preschool.

You will work at Timmerslätt, Nävervägen, and Fridåsen preschools based on the daily needs within the organization. Both workplaces have good connections to both Partille center and Gothenburg.

The Education Administration is responsible for the municipality's childcare and educational activities from preschool and after-school to preschool class, primary school, adapted school, high school, adult education, and various commissioned training. Our vision is that every student leaves school rich in knowledge and convinced of their ability to create their future together with others. All students should also remember their school time as safe, fun, and educational. The various activities of the Education Administration have a clear common focus on all children's and students' conditions for completing their studies.
