ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Kura Omsorg are now looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client in Trollhättan. The position comprises approximately 70% and involves working according to a fixed schedule. Working hours are scheduled for both weekdays and weekends, with weekday shifts primarily in the evenings. Weekend work is required every other weekend.

Start date is according to agreement, and we hope you can begin the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a cheerful 9-year-old boy who is wheelchair-bound and has extensive care needs. As a personal assistant, you will support him in all aspects of daily life. Tasks include assistance with daily routines, household chores, personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, as well as meals.

Furthermore, he loves to swim, use his walker, listen to music, and laugh together. As an assistant, you will enable play and activities at his pace and according to his needs.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, and self-assured, with the ability to see and understand the individual's needs. You are flexible, easy to collaborate with, and enjoy close cooperation with both the client and colleagues. The job involves assisting with transfers, which requires you to be physically capable. Experience in similar work is an advantage, but we place the greatest emphasis on personal suitability, commitment, and a positive attitude.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
