I am a positive and cheerful 35-year-old girl who uses personal assistance due to several significant disabilities.

I need assistance with communication and everything else to have the opportunity to live my life on my terms. Right now, I am looking for a couple of assistants who can work during the day and/or awake night. The position is a part-time employment with a great chance for a scheduled position for the right person. I am also looking for substitutes who can work in the summer.

I want you, as an applicant, to be a non-smoking and non-snuffing woman who is humble, calm, engaged, patient, attentive, and flexible as a person. You have good self-awareness and are confident enough in yourself to focus on my needs during your working hours.

You will work in an assistance role with a supportive approach that helps me make my life understandable, manageable, and meaningful. You should have the ability to make your own observations and see your own role in interaction. You must be stress-resistant, responsible, and structured. Since I have a high need for care and use some aids such as a lift, I prefer that you have nursing assistant qualifications. My assistance includes some mapping, filming, photography, documentation, and reflection. It is valuable if you have an interest in pedagogy.

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement to manage the tasks.
• Personal suitability is crucial.
• Your workplace is wherever I am.
• It is desirable if you have a driver's license as there may be vacant shifts during the day.

Extent: Part-time employment to begin with. A scheduled position may be relevant later for the right person. I am also looking for substitutes who can work in the summer. Please specify in your application what you are interested in.

Working hours: Day shifts from about 7:15 AM – 9:15 PM and awake night shifts from about 9 PM - 7:30 AM.
