Personal Assistant Wanted

We need you who want to work every other weekend and think that 50% is quite sufficient, but at the same time can see the opportunity and advantage of taking extra shifts as needed. You can also switch to full-time during part of the summer months. You have experience in care and are flexible to work both day/night and evening as we cover for each other within the assistance group. Here is already a fantastic group of very dedicated colleagues and personal assistants. They are the ones who ensure that life comes together for our client together with their partner who lives in a villa, centrally located in Falköping.

About the Position

The work as a personal assistant takes place in the client's home or wherever the client is located. The personal assistant's tasks mainly include hygiene, assistance during meals, training, cleaning, and leisure activities. A driver's license is required as assistants drive the client in the client's car.

Your personality is very important, and we want you and others around you to describe you as loyal, engaged, and with positive energy.

We want you to be considerate, meticulous, and empathetic. You also need to work well with colleagues as you often work two assistants together. We document with all our clients, which requires good knowledge of Swedish.

Meritorious Experience and Requirements

• Swedish in speech and writing.
• Experience in similar work is an advantage.
• Driver's license (B) is a requirement.

Working Hours/Employment Rate

• Fixed schedule at 50% with shifts scheduled every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, daytime.
• Opportunity for extra shifts as needed.
• Full-time during part of the summer months.
• Immediate start with introduction.
