The position is part-time with working hours on weekday evenings and weekends.

The client is a 20-year-old girl with spina bifida. You will support her with personal care such as eating, dressing, and hygiene like showering and toilet visits. Occasionally, she experiences pain issues and may have anxiety attacks. You should be able to handle and respond to her during these times by comforting her or finding something else to focus on. Therefore, we prefer that you are a calm and secure person.

In her free time, the girl enjoys doing her makeup, painting her nails, and listening to music. She lives with her family and there is a cat in the home.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. 

We hope you: 

• are responsible, calm, and secure

• can understand and make yourself understood in Swedish.

• have experience as a personal assistant or similar

• are tolerant of pets

• experience with RIK training is a big plus

Employment type: As long as the assistance assignment lasts

Extent: Part-time

Working hours: Weekdays from 2 PM to 8 PM

Start date: By agreement

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
