The goal and purpose of this pleasant and challenging role as a site manager is to create long-term customer relationships through qualitative and profitable projects. As a site manager, you will also work to seek out new customers and projects in addition to leading and supporting site managers. Together with your organization, you create fantastic projects from planning to handover. You are also the one who creates the conditions for your team to achieve their goals. As a site manager, you are also financially responsible for the operations in your own work groups and have personnel and recruitment responsibility for your entire organization from foremen to project managers. The site manager is responsible for ensuring that the general guidelines and policy documents for project-related responsibilities in the company are followed.

Your qualifications

• Academic degree focused on Construction concrete
• Several years of experience in Construction projects as Pc and Site Manager
• Experience with personnel and budget responsibility is a requirement
• Good computer skills

Industry/product experience:

· Experience from the construction industry – Requirement

IT skills:

· MS Office – Excel

· Larger business systems and knowledge of calculation systems

· Scheduling programs

Language skills:

· Swedish – Good knowledge (spoken and written) – Requirement

· English – Good knowledge (spoken and written) – Preferred
