As a care assistant, you will be a designated care contact with overall responsibility for planning, follow-up, and close dialogue with care recipients and relatives. You will support the care recipients in their daily lives with personal care, meals, and social activities. You will perform health and medical care interventions delegated by a nurse, physiotherapist, and occupational therapist. All documentation is done digitally, and training in our systems is included.

About You

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant, can show the Socialstyrelsen certificate for protected professional title, or can demonstrate that you were employed as a care assistant when the new regulations were introduced.

Meritorious:

• Experience in care and support work
• You can cycle and are willing to use a bicycle for work
• B driver's license, which is a requirement for some units

Personal Competencies:

As a care assistant in home care, you meet people with respect and consideration. You are calm and composed even in pressured situations and can make wise decisions when needed.

You work independently, take responsibility, and drive the work forward always with the care recipient's needs in focus. With your positive attitude and ability to build trust, you contribute to a safe and pleasant everyday life for the care recipients.
