We are looking for temporary workers for home care in Lerum, Gråbo, and Floda.

How it works:

You will be intermittently employed (temporary worker) and receive ongoing requests for shifts – sometimes with short notice (the same day), sometimes with longer notice. You specify your availability in our digital booking system, where you can also express interest in specific shifts.

Working hours are during the day and evenings on weekdays and weekends. The earliest you start is at 7 in the morning and the latest you finish is at 10 PM.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a staff member in home care, you provide support to care recipients in their own homes, based on individual needs and interventions. The work is largely independent, but you have close collaboration and ongoing contact with colleagues and coordinators via phone.

Your work contributes to ensuring that care recipients have a safe, dignified, and meaningful everyday life, where their well-being and quality of life are at the center.

Common tasks include:

• Social care and conversation
• Personal hygiene and nursing (e.g., showering and toilet visits)
• Household chores such as cleaning and laundry
• Medication management according to delegation
• Health and medical tasks in consultation with a nurse
• Documentation in the digital system Treserva

QUALIFICATIONS

To thrive in home care, you need to be a social and secure person who feels comfortable working independently. You have a solution-focused approach, are proactive, and take responsibility for ensuring that the work is performed in a quality manner.

You have a genuine interest in people, and your empathetic ability combined with your respect for the individual's integrity contributes to creating a safe and dignified everyday life for our care recipients. You are positive, flexible, and have a good sense of service.

We prefer that you have training in healthcare and nursing, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and personal suitability for the assignment.

A B driver's license is required for the position.

Since documentation and communication are part of the daily work, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
