About our job opening

We are looking for a nurse to join the orthopedic center.

With us, you will be part of an experienced and development-oriented team where structure, competence, and the willingness to try new things are central values.

The position is a fixed-term employment for 1 year.

About us

The orthopedic center belongs to the surgical, orthopedic, and ear-nose-throat department and consists of an orthopedic ward, orthopedic outpatient clinic, and osteoporosis clinic. At the orthopedic center, we have an integrated operation between inpatient and outpatient care, where growing clinical competence can lead to new generalized or specialized roles in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Our mission includes

• Acute orthopedics
• Acute ortogeriatrics
• Elective orthopedics
• Orthopedic outpatient care
• Pediatric orthopedics in outpatient care
• Osteoporosis care
• Training care department where we have final examinations for about 50 nursing students each semester

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a Swedish nursing license, clinical experience preferably in orthopedics, but above all, a good planning and collaboration ability. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, good communication skills, and a positive attitude towards change and development in the workplace. We also value a pedagogical approach and the ability to work independently.
