JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main task is to provide good care and support for individuals with approved services. Visits are planned and take place in the care recipient's private home, but we also respond to unplanned alarms. You will be part of a workgroup of about 48 employees and 2 managers within home care.

The foundation is a rehabilitative approach and creating good relationships with the care recipient and their relatives, where each care recipient is unique and should feel involved and influential. Within Home Care, we work in teams around the care recipient. You collaborate in the joint care and support work and actively participate in the workplace's quality and development efforts.

You will work based on a rolling basic schedule of 6 weeks. The schedule will also include resource shifts where you are expected to cover other units as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has a genuine interest in working with people.

You are a person with good collaboration skills and a strong sense of responsibility, as well as a professional demeanor.

You should be able to make your own decisions and work independently. You should have good computer skills and be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

A valid driver's license (class B) is required.
