About Our Job Opening

We are looking for a specialist physician in gastroenterology/hepatology who wants to work with us in inpatient and outpatient care, outpatient day care services, and our large endoscopy operations.

Here, you will be part of a team characterized by innovative thinking, developing modern working methods with high patient involvement, and constantly pushing to be at the forefront of our specialty.

You will work at a local and just right-sized hospital, large enough to accommodate both breadth and specialized expertise, and just right to truly be seen and heard in your profession. There are also opportunities for research and clinical training through our modern knowledge center.

About Us

The medical team in gastroenterology consists of 3 specialists and 3 resident doctors, who work closely with dedicated nurses. The team is driven by a strong sense of camaraderie, extensive expertise, and a tremendous commitment to the work. The team focuses heavily on the development of the operation as a whole, and we would love for you to contribute to this work.

Gastroenterology is part of the medical area responsible for the care of patients within the entire internal medicine field. The work also includes on-call or backup duties within internal medicine.

Your Profile

You are a licensed physician with a specialist certificate in gastroenterology. You have proficiency in Swedish at a C1 level. Research experience or a desire to conduct research is a plus.

As a person, you thrive in collaborating across professional boundaries and have a willingness to work in teams. You are development-oriented and, of course, have a good attitude towards patients and colleagues.
