The emergency department at NÄL is the largest in the Västra Götaland Region with approximately 70,000 visits per year, making us one of the largest in the country.

We are now looking for you

A registered nurse who wants to help develop the emergency department with us. As a nurse within NU Health Care's 24/7 care, you will receive additional compensation.

About the position

The emergency department is a workplace with great variety and changing work pace. As a nurse in the emergency department, you will work with specific nursing care for patients with acute illness and/or injury requiring specialist care. We work with prioritization and assessment of patients based on a structured approach and have value-creating care for patients in focus. The work involves making quick decisions and being able to remain calm in stressful situations. The job offers you a wide variety and great development opportunities as no day is the same.

About you

We are looking for a registered nurse with an engaged and positive attitude. It is an advantage if you have experience in emergency care or are a specialist nurse in a competency area that benefits the organization.

You have an interest in emergency care and are good at building relationships. You enjoy working in a team with other professional categories while being independent in your profession. You should be flexible and meet both patients, relatives, and colleagues in a trustworthy and respectful manner.
