The welfare sector consists of four operations: disability services, home care and home health care, individual and family care, and care and nursing homes.

We have five care and nursing homes located in different parts of the municipality. Solrosen and Ryttershov can be found in the beautiful central parts of Ulricehamn, while Ekero, Parkgården, and Hökerumsgården are located in the nature-close outskirts of the municipality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your primary task is to provide each person with the care and support they need, always with the individual at the center. With us, you will encounter a varied and meaningful job where you can combine personal responsibility with close collaboration.

To create the best possible everyday life for our care recipients, you work in a team with colleagues and other professionals within elderly care. Together, we strive to offer a safe, active, and pleasant environment where each person has the conditions to live as independently as possible.

In your role, you work with care and support according to SoL, and you also perform delegated health and medical care tasks according to HSL. You are close to the care recipient in their daily life and contribute with everything from personal care and meal support to social companionship and security.

The work also involves participating in important forums such as APT, team meetings, and deviation meetings, all to ensure safe and professional care for our elderly.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a trained nursing assistant and want to be part of developing the new Ryttershov care and nursing home for people with cognitive diseases. Ryttershov is an established operation that is now facing a new construction, with the goal of creating a modern dementia center where good dementia care and safe, person-centered care form the basis of daily work.

In connection with the new construction, you will have the opportunity to be involved in the continued development of the operation and contribute to how future dementia care should be shaped with a focus on quality, knowledge, and collaboration. Here, we value commitment, innovation, and professional pride.

Experience working in dementia care or education in the field is meritorious, as is experience working with people with cognitive diseases and BPSD. However, the most important thing for us is that you have a genuine interest in contributing to good care and creating meaningfulness in the everyday life of those who live with us.

We would like you to be proactive and creative in your work to create participation, have an independent and flexible working style, and share your experiences with colleagues. You are engaged, responsible, and enjoy working together with others.

To succeed in the role, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good documentation and computer skills. The work involves daily contact with residents, colleagues, relatives, and other professionals. We use digital work tools and work with digital implementation plans with the user's needs in focus. You enjoy varied working hours that include day, evening, and weekend work.
