Your Job with Us

As a substitute and summer worker in Bräcke home care in Alingsås, you provide care and support in people's home environments. You meet clients with various needs and contribute with both practical help and social presence in their daily lives. You work as needed, from occasional shifts during the spring to longer, scheduled periods during the summer. Your job may involve:

• providing support in personal care
• assisting with services in the home
• accompanying clients on errands and activities outside the home
• documenting and performing medication delegation - after training and supervision by a nurse
• being a companion and social support in daily life.

Who We Are Looking For

You are over 18 years old and want to work extra alongside your studies or other jobs. Perhaps you are a nursing assistant, caregiver, studying in healthcare, or already have experience in home care or elderly care. The most important thing for us is how you meet people. You are responsible and attentive, take initiative when needed, and enjoy a job that combines independence with collaboration.

Your Qualifications

• Trained nursing assistant
• You can ride a bike
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have basic computer skills
• Experience in healthcare and social services, especially in home care, and a B driver's license is an advantage.
