About us
Welcome to Närhälsan Nossebro Rehabilitation Clinic.
Here, five dedicated and experienced employees work in various professional categories such as occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and administrative staff. Due to upcoming retirements, we are now looking for a new colleague.
The clinic is centrally located in the small, pleasant town of Nossebro in Essunga municipality. The clinic is situated in the same building as the health center and the municipality's rehabilitation unit, with which we have a good and close collaboration. We also collaborate with the rehabilitation clinics in the nearby towns of Grästorp and Vara regarding work, professional development, and networking meetings.

About the job
Your tasks include assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common conditions among patients you will encounter as an occupational therapist include: reduced hand function, pain, neurology, cognitive impact, and mental health issues. The work also involves prescribing assistive devices and certificates for housing adaptations. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is developed.
The work is conducted at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. Patient treatment occurs both individually and in groups.
The work involves close collaboration with other professionals, both at your own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues are jointly responsible with the manager for the development of the operations in a continuously ongoing improvement process.
About you
You are a licensed occupational therapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is an advantage, but we also welcome new graduates. If you have supervisor training, that is also a merit.
We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Furthermore, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the job, which you perform with commitment and professionalism. You can plan your work effectively and in an organized manner based on the goals of the operations. As the workload varies and unforeseen events may arise, we see that you are flexible and independent.

Travel in the service may occur. A valid driver's license (B) is required.

About the recruitment process
The selection process occurs in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates for a phone interview. Thereafter, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is to help us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
