About the job

At our clinic in Trollhättan, you will play a central role in supporting medical teams across several medical and surgical specialties.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Receiving and caring for patients
• Assisting in medical and surgical examinations and treatments
• Sample collection
• Handling sterile materials and maintaining medical equipment

Administrative and operational tasks:

• Record keeping and appointment scheduling
• Inventory ordering
• Cleaning and maintenance

Who are you?

We are looking for an experienced nursing assistant or nurse with an interest in working in an outpatient clinic and close patient contact. You are confident in your professional role and have an easy time building trust and conveying security in your interactions with patients.

You enjoy working in a team with doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, receptionists, and secretaries, while also working independently based on your profession.

Your qualifications

• Trained nursing assistant or nurse
• At least 10 years of clinical experience in inpatient and/or outpatient care
• Experience in clinic work is an advantage
• Ability to work in a structured and efficient manner, sometimes at a high pace
• You are empathetic and service-oriented with a positive attitude
• You work in a patient-safe manner and never compromise on the quality of your work
• With a positive approach, you contribute to a good work environment.

The clinic is located in central Trollhättan with surgical operations in Lysekil. Our goal is to expand and consolidate the operations at the historic Stavregården in Trollhättan by autumn 2026 at the earliest. We have agreements with most insurance companies and aim to continue growing with quality as our guiding star.
