Rehabcenter Mösseberg is looking for an Oncology Nurse

Rehabcenter Mösseberg is part of the non-profit organization Bräcke diakoni and is located in Mössebergsparken in Falköping.

Here we combine specialist competence with compassion and teamwork to create safe and person-centered care. As a nurse focusing on oncology, you will be a central part of this work, with both clinical and supportive responsibilities for our patients.

Your Role

As a nurse at Rehabcenter Mösseberg, you have overall responsibility for the patients' care and safety throughout their rehabilitation. The role involves contributing clinical competence and continuity in care, in close collaboration with other professionals. The work is scheduled during the day, with some on-call duties in the evenings.

Your responsibilities include:

• responsibility for admissions, assessments, and follow-ups of patients in cancer rehabilitation,
• providing care focused on symptom relief and rehabilitation,
• coordinating and leading the nursing work around the patient,
• contributing to learning and development within oncological rehabilitation.

We are looking for a licensed nurse who wants to work with cancer rehabilitation in a context where a holistic view, rehabilitation, and teamwork are central. You have a professional approach and enjoy taking responsibility. Your Qualifications:

• Licensed nurse
• 3 years of experience working with oncology patients

Meritorious

• Further education/courses in oncology
• Experience in rehabilitative work, for example in primary care, inpatient care, or rehabilitation services.

Bräcke Rehabcenter Mösseberg is run by Bräcke diakoni and is located in Mössebergsparken in Falköping. Here we work in interdisciplinary teams and offer specialized inpatient rehabilitation in neurology, rheumatology, cancer, and lymphedema. Together, we are 36 employees with broad competence and a non-profit working method, where safety, approach, and collaboration are an obvious part of rehabilitation. We continuously work on learning and development to strengthen rehabilitation for our patients.
