Your Responsibilities
In the role of technical project manager, you will work on different types of projects depending on the client's needs.

Common tasks include:

  • Lead and plan technical projects with a focus on quality, timelines, and requirements
  • Ensure progress and coordinate activities between internal teams and external parties
  • Drive the development of technical requirements, specifications, and documentation
  • Support clients in analysis and planning of projects in early stages
  • Provide technical decision support and make prioritizations together with the business
  • Drive and implement changes in working methods, processes, and technical solutions
  • Establish or further develop internal services, including service content


Your Profile

We are looking for someone with technical understanding and experience in leading projects in complex environments. You thrive in a role where you collaborate with many different technical competencies and where you create structure and clarity even when conditions change.
 

You are confident in the leadership role, communicative, and solution-oriented. You enjoy contributing, driving, and creating progress in both large and small projects, and you have the ability to quickly immerse yourself in new technical contexts.

Requirements

  • Education in computer engineering, systems science, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical project management
  • Experience in leading projects within IT, system development, or technical infrastructure
  • Good understanding of technical processes, IT environments, or development methodologies
  • Experience in change management
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Experience working according to agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, and a good understanding of modern development processes.
  • Ability to work systematically, analyze complex issues, and drive projects from start to finish

Meritorious

  • Experience in project management from larger technology or industrial companies
  • Experience working in organizations with both hardware and software development
