The Role

As one of our experts in Safety, Software Quality, and Software for safety-critical applications, you will be an important part of our team within Critical Systems. Together with engaged and driven colleagues and partners, you will work to develop tomorrow's safety-critical systems. In this role, you can take on responsibilities such as architect, senior developer, process and business developer, and technology leader. The opportunities are many, and with us, you will have great room to influence, grow, and shape your role based on your conditions and ambitions.

We are looking for someone who

• Has solid experience in developing software-intensive safety-critical systems (requirements, design, architecture, verification, quality assurance).
• Has experience interpreting and applying safety standards such as ISO26262, IEC61508, MIL-STD-882, RTCA DO-178.
• Has experience in building high-quality software.
• Is a natural leader who wants to guide and advise our customers.
• Is curious about combining technology with human needs and values collaboration.
• Has an interest in and experience with business development and change management.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, proactive, and builds good relationships. Experience from different industries is a plus.

As the position involves work that is subject to defense secrecy, you will need to undergo and be approved in a security clearance with a background check.
