We are now looking for an experienced IT Architect (EA) specializing in infrastructure, infrastructure development, as well as applications and application development for a security-classified consulting assignment at LFV. The role is close to operations and strategic, giving you the opportunity to contribute to the development of LFV's target architecture and architecture function.

About the assignment
As an IT Architect, you will be organizationally placed within SoU Common Infrastructure and report to the unit manager for SoU GI, with operational leadership from LFV's chief architect. You will primarily work on building and managing LFV's EA architecture in the areas of applications and infrastructure, together with solution architects, business architects, and information architects.

In this role, you will support the business in developing target architecture by establishing and managing:

• Principles and guidelines
• Reference models
• Conceptual architecture
• Roadmaps within respective areas

Main tasks

• Develop target and reference architecture in various areas
• Further develop LFV's EA in EA tools
• Maintain status for application and infrastructure portfolios and report against target architecture
• Maintain status for integrations, services, and APIs and report against target architecture
• Manage operational architecture governance, participate in review meetings, and act as secretary when needed
• Conduct feasibility studies in various areas
• Support solution architects in projects
• Support capability work and the CTO in technical and architectural matters
• Support the chief architect in the development of the architecture function

Qualifications (Must-have)

• Swedish citizenship (security-classified assignment requires a security protection agreement)
• Competency level 3 – at least 4 years of experience in a relevant role
• University degree in IT or equivalent combination of education and at least 4 years of experience as an IT architect
• Several years of experience in IT architecture work, Enterprise Architecture, and strategic IT transformation
• Experience in designing IT solutions, application development, infrastructure, IT platforms, technical solutions, and IT security
• Experience in modeling, such as Archimate or UML
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Desirable qualifications (meritorious)

• Education and certification in IT architecture, e.g., CITA-X, DFK-CIA
• Experience with architectural frameworks such as Prime Arch or Archimate
• Experience with EA tools such as Sparx, Prolaborate, or similar
