Software Integration Manager for Gripen E/F

We are looking for someone who wants to further develop the integration of a complex product and its tooling environment within software.

Your Role

With a focus on integration, you have the opportunity to influence the further development of software for Gripen E/F in the role of Software Integration Manager within the Avionic Software Continuous Integration team.

You will work with:

• Continuous integration of ACCS software deliveries in appropriate tracks.
• Monitoring, improving, and providing feedback on verification results of the integrations.
• Generating load sets for aircraft and rigs.
• Improving the integration process and working methods.
• Supporting development teams within Gripen E regarding the CI environment.

The work is conducted in teams where all members are encouraged and expected to contribute to the team's common task based on their own skills and experience. You have the ambition to deliver quality results together with knowledgeable and friendly colleagues.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who enjoys establishing a work structure with large data sets to create a functioning operation with good order. As a person, you are skilled in collaboration and driving improvement work with many development teams involved.

Requirements for the position:

• Your background is a technical university education, preferably with experience and interest in systems and software development.
• You have interest/experience in working with software integration.
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

The most important thing is that you have the right mindset and a willingness to learn and develop.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
