We are now looking for an IT/OT Engineer in Industrial Control Systems (ICS) for an assignment with our client in Finspång.
In this role, you will strengthen the IT and OT team and work on the implementation of industrial network components and Windows clients in delivery projects.

You will be part of projects with clients around the world, primarily in the energy and oil & gas sectors. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the client's cyber security team and in line with both internal requirements and client-specific needs. The role offers varied and developing tasks with good opportunities to broaden your skills in Industrial IT and OT.

Your responsibilities

• Implement developed solutions in projects to ensure that control systems are secure and reliable
• Troubleshoot, solve problems, and provide support to cyber security and control system engineers regarding delivered implementations
• Be an integrated part of a cross-functional project team and collaborate closely with both internal and external parties
• Guide and provide technical advice on various technical components
• Continuously develop your own skills and contribute to the team's development
• Provide technical support and manage IT-related issues as needed

Your profile

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent relevant work experience
• You have experience in configuration, deployment, and administration of Windows Server and client environments
• You have excellent command of English, both spoken and written, and can communicate professionally in international contexts
• You have good collaboration skills and are used to working with colleagues and clients in international environments
• You are comfortable with remote work and familiar with collaboration platforms and modern IT tools
• You are solution-oriented, self-driven, and have a pragmatic approach to work
• You have experience in setting up and configuring local networks and network switches
